Hybrid-Carbon Sandwich Construction – Light, Strong, and Durable
The innovative Hybrid-Carbon Sandwich construction offers the perfect balance of low weight, high strength, and long-term durability – all at a reasonable price.
We use lightweight 15-kg EPS foam cores. The board is glassed with layers of 6 oz and 4 oz fiberglass on the top and bottom, reinforced with bamboo veneer and biaxial fiberglass. A carbon layer is added in high-stress areas, such as underfoot and around the foil box, for extra strength.
All inserts are embedded in PVC foam blocks for maximum security. A hard pigmented coating on the exterior protects the board against scratches and UV damage – ensuring you get the most out of every session!
