DOUBLE WOOD SANDWICH CONSTRUCTION – Built to Perform, Made to Last
Our Double Wood Sandwich construction offers the perfect balance of strength, durability, and light weight. We use 20 kg EPS cores for our smaller wave boards and 15 kg EPS cores for larger models. Two T-stringers reinforce the board’s structure without compromising its natural flex.
The bottom is built with two layers of fiberglass and a full bamboo veneer, while the deck features two layers of bamboo for extra strength in high-impact areas.
A durable hard-coat spray protects the beautiful finish from paddle dings and minor bumps. And with the soft, grippy EVA deck, you’ll stay sure-footed and comfortable – whether you're dancing on the nose or cruising the shoreline.
