Our Double Wood Sandwich Construction strikes the perfect balance between strength, durability, and lightweight design. We use 20 kg EPS cores for smaller boards and 15 kg EPS cores for larger models like the Big Diamond. Two T-stringers provide solid reinforcement while keeping the board’s natural flex.
The bottom is layered with 6 & 4-ounce fiberglass and a full bamboo veneer. The deck features two fiberglass layers, a full bamboo layer, plus a ¾ bamboo patch in the standing zone – adding durability right where you need it.
A hard-coat spray finish protects the color and graphics from paddle dings and everyday bumps. And with the Diamond Groove EVA deck, you’ll experience unmatched grip and comfort every time you ride.
