DOUBLE WOOD SANDWICH CONSTRUCTION
Our Double Wood Sandwich construction delivers the perfect balance of stability, durability, and lightweight feel.
We use 20 kg EPS cores for smaller wave boards and 15 kg EPS for larger models. Two T-stringers provide structural integrity without compromising the board’s flex characteristics.
Two layers of fiberglass, a bamboo layer on the bottom, and two bamboo layers on the deck make the board extra tough. The Hard-Coat spray design protects against paddle dings and minor impacts.
