PU/Polyester construction remains the most common method for building surfboards. The unique flex and the way the foam engages in turns are still unmatched by any other construction. That’s why most of our surfboards are still made this way. Our Standard Polyester construction is among the highest quality on the market, using only premium PU blanks, fiberglass, and polyester resin.
